The candidate Filing Period is June 2-6, 2025

Declaration of Candidacy Forms or Nomination petitions must be filed in person with the Panguitch City Recorder Tyrissa Howell at 25 South 200 East, Panguitch, Utah. Monday – Thursday 7:30 am-5:30 pm and Fri. 8 am to Noon.

Candidates must be a US citizen, at least 18 years old, a registered voter, and a resident of Panguitch City for at least 12 consecutive months prior to the election, and not be convicted of a felony. See Utah Code 20A-9-203 for more details. Candidates will be required to file financial disclosures related to their campaign and conflict of interest forms, or be disqualified.
